In early September, 2015, my fiancé and I were notified that our landlord would be selling the property we had been leasing and we had only 30 days to find a new home. After quick deliberations we decided it would be best to purchase a home of our own rather than to keep throwing money away in a rental. To say Lee goes the extra mile in your best interest is putting it lightly. He knows his stuff without a doubt and works tirelessly to get the deal done. Lee worked late nights several times keeping our deal alive. We were flustered and overwhelmed at times during the negotiation but Lee kept us cool and realistic. He kept pressing the negotiations even when it seemed hopeless. It’s that drive and determination that ultimately got our deal inked. Lee Brewer sold our home for full asking price within 21 hours of it going on MLS. The sale of the home fell apart the day before closing, but Lee said not to worry and within 24 hours we had 11 offers and ended up selling our home AGAIN for MORE than our asking price!!!
